Where does LYVOI ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse for fast and reliable delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

  • United States: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.
  • Canada: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions and can be chosen during checkout.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to Canadian deliveries.

Do I need to pay duties?

If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout. If you reside internationally, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense.

When will I receive my order?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Place your order on lyvoi.com.
  2. We process and ship it within 1–3 business days.
  3. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, typically ranging from 2 to 5 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. national holidays will be shipped the following business day.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lyvoi.com within 14 days of receipt so we can assist you with a carrier claim.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as our carriers (UPS/FedEx) require a physical street address for delivery.
