Lifetime Warranty
Every Lyvoi case is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This sits alongside our 60-day return window — the return window is for changing your mind, the warranty is for something being wrong with the case.
What the warranty covers
- Wheel and wheel-housing failure that isn't the result of impact damage
- Telescoping handle mechanisms that jam, stick, or won't lock
- Latches, locks, and hinges that fail in normal use
- Shell cracking or seam separation not caused by an impact
- Zipper and lining failure on the interior
What it doesn't cover
- Cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, and dents. Aluminium shows its history; that's the material, not a defect.
- Damage caused by an airline or courier. Those claims go to the carrier, and we'll help you document them.
- Damage from misuse, overpacking beyond the stated capacity, or unauthorised repair
- Cases bought from anyone other than lyvoi.com or an authorised reseller
How to make a claim
Email support@lyvoi.com with:
- Your order number
- Which case (size and colour) if your order had more than one
- Photos of the problem and one of the whole case
We aim to reply within one business day. If the claim is approved we'll send a replacement part or a replacement case, whichever fits the problem, at no cost to you including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send the faulty case back — we'll tell you if we need it.
Returns are separate
If the case is simply not for you, our 60-day return policy applies to unused product and is the faster route.
